Alex Falade Commits To Shepherd!

On February 5th, 2018, Alexander Falade, senior offensive lineman, made it official and announced his commitment to Shepherd University. Shepherd is one of the best Division-2 schools in the nation. Alexander is an All-County Lineman, so it was a perfect match. I was able to ask Alex a few questions about his commitment.

Terrence : “What made Shepherd University the right school for you?”

Alex: “Shepard has an excellent program for my field of study, an exceptional history of football practice, and it’s one of the best division II schools out there.”

Terrence: “Do you feel like you can have an immediate impact at Shepherd?”

Alex: “Yes, I do feel like I can make a great impact at Shepherd. By the time I get back in the rhythm, I feel I can accomplish a lot within my first year.”

Terrence: “Do you have any advice for the underclassmen to get to where you are?”

Alex: “My message to the underclassmen is this: STUDENT before ATHLETE. Football is a luxury, but education is a priority.”

Alex will be signing his National Letter of Intent at National Signing Day on Feb. 7th! We wish you good luck in your future endeavors Alex!
