An off-duty Prince George’s County police officer was killed on Wednesday morning, February 23, 2018, after a neighbor being threatened by her husband outside her home on Chadsey Lane at about 10:20 a.m. Officer Ramzziddin quickly responded and was shot 5 times by the husband, later identified as Tyndell. Tyndell left the scene in a black SUV. After a chase from the police, Tyndell jumped out of the SUV and shot at the officers. The officers shot back, and Tyndell was fatally wounded. Officer Ramzziddin was a Marine Corps veteran, a father of four and his mother’s only son. He served on the Prince George’s County police force for 14 years, He was 51 years old.
His funeral is on 2/23/18. Pray for his family and may he rest in peace.
