Congratulations to Mr. Mallardi and his students for winning first place on March 1, 2018 at their ProStart Culinary Competition. Jamyia Christopher, Aljohn Campos, Oluwaseun Olsilesi, Christiana Adegboye, and Darius Moore prepared a 3-course meal that included an appetizer, entree, and dessert.
They will now prepare for Nationals in April, which will be held in Providence, Rhode Island. At Nationals, they will compete against other students in the United States. Students are encouraged to commend these students for their hard work when they see them.
