Government Shutdown, What and Who does it affect?

The government shutdown has not only affect people in government jobs but has affected the agency’s themselves. The agencies that have been affected are: American Battle Monuments Commission, Congress, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Department of the Interior. The problem with all these agency’s shutdown is that some of the people that work for these agencies are considered important so they have to work without being paid. This government shutdown has now lasted for about 7 weeks and some people can’t pay their bills and are probably going to lose their homes.
