The students at Charles Herbert Flowers High School are being confused daily, drawn between wearing uniforms and expressing themselves through their own style. The children are being told  by administrators such as Mr. Miller, Mr. Brown and Mr. Summers to wear uniform daily. Dr. Isebor the 10th grade LSN government teacher says, “students should be able to wear their own clothes for a statement of expression.”

It confuses students as they are being lectured by administrators but are being told by a teacher its OK. All students know the uniform policy but doesn’t comply with the rules. If a teacher tells them what they want to hear, they wont obey by the rules, and they will go by their own opinion’s.
