On Sunday, October 1, 2017 there was a Jason Aldean concert outside of this Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino where 22,000 people resided.  It is confirmed that 59 people have been killed and about 527 people have been injured. The gunman killed himself as police broke into his hotel room.
The gunman’s name was Stephen Paddock. He was 64 years old. It was said that he had about 42 guns in his 32nd floor suite. It was said that he had occupied this suite since September 28. Paddock’s brother stated that their father was a mass robber who had been wanted by the FBI since the 1960s.
This event was very tragic, and we wish the best and our condolences to those who lost family members, and healing for those injured and in critical condition.
