This past Saturday, October 21, 2017 was the day that the ICCI (Institute for Creative Community Initiatives) held their annual “Girl Code” Conference. This conference was held in the cafeteria of Charles Herbert Flowers High School. “Girl Code” is an event for girls ages 12-18. Girls of these ages came together to engage in activities relating to empowerment, self-love, self-esteem, dating matters, and even guy code. This event was a total success and next year’s conference is definitely one to look forward to.
