Major Stovall the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor had some things to say about AFJOTC here at the Mecca of Excellence.
The first thing he wanted to make clear is that JROTC is not a recruitment center it is a place to build character and help you understand a military setting.
Major Stovall said that if you join JROTC but not about it you are more than welcome to come down to JROTC and give it a try.
There are a wide variety of activities that are in JROTC such as Color Guard, Drill Team, Basketball, Flag Football and many more; and you can be part of as many activities as you’d like so don’t be shy.
So come and and join JROTC and could just surprise you.
