The ASVAB test is a career placement test.  If you haven’t decided on a major as yet this test will help you find a career path. The resutlts of the test  can also help with scholarships and choosing the best college that will help pursue your academic and career goals.
Register in guidance by November 6 to take the test.  Plus, the results will get back faster than the SAT.
