“Take a step back and inhale. You’re never given anything in this world that you can’t handle. Be strong, be flexible, remember who you are and who loves you.” Anxiety by definition is a feeling of worry about a certain event. It can come in many levels as well as in different ways. The one thing you have to remember is you will get through it and you will overcome it within time. Based off my opinion I believe everybody has their own form of anxiety and everybody has a different way of conquering it. My favorite way is by listening to music and eating my favorite snack, what’s yours?
