Teachers

Teachers

Teachers have many different personalities that they give off to students, other teachers, parents, and their bosses. Though students are always the ones who see the real side of a teacher.
As a freshman at Flowers I have noticed a lot that there are five different types of teachers: The fake teacher, the wanna-be teacher, the “I don’t care” teacher, the “I’m here for my check” teacher, and last but not least the “I’m here to help you” teacher.
Despite all of the different types of teachers, the ones that we need everywhere are the ones who care about their students yet the sad truth is that some teachers don’t care and just say it’s the students fault if they don’t have or know what they need to.
While teachers are a big part on whether students do well in their classes, it needs to be understood that although teachers can fail students, it’s also students who fail themselves. I believe that you can’t blame teachers for everything and students can succeed no matter how bad a teacher is.
It is not hard to decipher the teachers that care from the ones who don’t but it seems as though the principals don’t see it or understand when a student tells them about their teachers.
Furthermore, every student needs a great teacher so they can be prepared for the next step they are going to take.
