On Wednesday November 8th, 2017, I met with Jay Cole, a college counselors in the country that I was able to interview about the process of choosing a college.
He told when looking for a school, make sure to consider 3 things: academics, testing, and how much of your time you are willing to give up. Depending on the school you choose, the coursework may be harder; so, when you are in high school you should take the opportunity to practice harder and become adjusted to rigorous activities. In the end, you might be accepted into a prestigious school.
The last thing he told me was to look at a few school in the area and see which ones would suit my personality.
