According to Maryland Supreme Court, you are not allowed to have “assault long guns” or a magazine with more than 10 bullets. This gun law has been tried and on Monday November 27, 2017 the National Rifle Association (NRA) tried to challenge the gun law set in 2013 but was denied. The NRA has tried to get Maryland’s Supreme Court to allow citizens the right to bear arms.
