On Friday December 1st, I spoke with Terrence Brantley, historic 2017 Jaguars football player. He told me, “We felt disappointed” after losing to Roosevelt 7-34. Brantley also said that the Jags have already hit the weight room and are training for next year. The reason for the confidence and motivation is because the team consisted mainly of returning players.
The team’s morale is one of the highest I’ve ever seen. No football player is ever alone. Whenever one is in the hallways or sitting at lunch, there will always be another player nearby. Most of these guys have played together since freshman year and are a part of this brotherhood that refuses to be broken.
