“My name is Elvira Nnodim, I’m a senior at Charles Herbert Flowers High School and I’m on the Biology Track. I am a self taught artist but decided to challenge myself and try something new with the “Custom Culture Competition”. Painting the shoes were difficult for me since I had never done that before, but I managed to finish and it turned out beautiful. I decided to replicate Roy Lichtenstein’s painting of Wonder woman and a businessman. My message to others is to never be afraid to challenge yourself and try something new!”
