After Nearly 50 Years, Mrs. Harding Retires

After working for 49 years in education, Mrs. Annie Harding has decided to retire. The CHFHS English teacher has taught English 10 at Flowers for the past six years.
Question: How many years have you been working in Charles Herbert Flowers High School?
Answer: I’ve been working here for 6 years.
Q: How many years have you been working in PG?
A: Flowers is the only PG school I’ve worked in.
Q: What is the total amount worked in education?
A: I’ve worked in education for 49 years.
Q: What are the different positions held in education?
A: I’ve always worked as a teacher in the English Department Share, the Chairperson of Middle States at McKinley High School. When I left DC public schools I’ve worked as a coordinator of the school of communications, and a comp public private partnership.
Q: What was your favorite moment in Flowers High School?
A: My favorite moments were helping all my students raise their HSA scores every year.
Q: What are your future plans?
A: I’m going to continue living my life simply but fully.
Q: What school was your favorite?
A:  I think each school has its special times. I’ve worked at McKinley Junior High School and this school is a wonderful place to work and learn, also the children were bright and hardworking. Next I went to Roosevelt High School, I worked in the Academy organization and I helped seventeen seniors get 1.6 million in scholarships, and put together portfolios. Then I came back to this county and stayed here for 45 yrs, got an interview for Charles Herbert Flowers High School and Ms. Jones loved me on the spot.
