CHFHS Lack of Grief Counseling
December 11, 2017
Throughout the course of this school year, there have been many instances where students are grieving. Students have experienced death, but unfortunately, there is no way for them to express their emotions. This compels students to skip class and misbehave in the hallways. In other schools, there are designated counselors that help students express any feelings concerning things such as death, bullying, and depression. Charles Herbert Flowers High School needs to start having grief counselors to ensure a safe environment for struggling students.
