Washington Post’s journalist came to Charles Herbert Flowers High School on December 11th, 2017 to discover how Computer Science classes are taught. Mrs.Fitzpatrick, one of many Computer Science teachers made sure her students were doing their task while they worked on robots in which they designed and programmed themselves. During an interview, one of the journalists stated they never had Computer Science classes during their time of education and it was fascinating to find out children now have the opportunity to learn Computer Science. In relation to today, within his time of education and transferring to college they had little knowledge on how to program a device.
