The most important meal of the day may not be so essential after all; at least to Flowers. Effective in the month of december, juice will no longer be served on Tuesdays and Thursday during breakfast. Is funding cutting into the student’s meal plan now?
Breakfast at PG county cost $1.60. Beverage options should always be available. They serve chocolate, strawberry and white milk everyday but some students don’t enjoy drinking milk and or are lactose intolerant. So for two days out of the week, some students will be drinking nothing in the morning for the rest of the school year. Is this this the county’s decision? What is the cause of this? Is this permanent?
As an alternative, small bottles of water should be offered. Or can it not be afforded?
