Two weeks ago, students were going around asking others the question ” Is Water Wet”.  Everyone had their own answer and reason for choosing their response.  I did some research and also asked students.
One student stated, ” Duh, water is not wet.  Things get wet by water.  Water is not an object so it is not wet.”
Another student said, ” Water is wet.  A liquid is something that can make something wet and water is a liquid.  When you touch it, it is wet.  So therefore water is wet.”
Many people agreed and disagreed with this comment.  This has caused an argument and debates around the school.
