Follow all of these steps to save your life and others.

1. Put your phone on silent
2. Stay in your class
3. Find a place to hide
4. Listen to the adults in the classroom
5. Go into the nearest classroom if you are not in one already
6. Lock all doors and windows
7. Put something over the windows so no one can look through
8. Stay on the ground or seated
9. Stay away from the doors and windows

10. Remain calm
