Many 11th grade Science and Technology students are required to take Physics as their science course for the school year. They are specifically required to take Physics with Mr. Andy. At the beginning of the school year, students were assigned a physics book called Giancoli Physics and this was where students were told to study from and get homework from. Recently, Mr. Andy introduced a new book titled Pearson Physics. When asked why the material used for the classroom was changed, Mr. Andy replied saying  “You guys do not have the skills and are not up to par for the content of the book”. This makes one wonder if students are properly prepared for the different classes they are placed in. It also makes them wonder what Charles Herbert Flowers High School is doing in this regard.
