Nature's Holy Trinity: The Finale

February 12, 2018
Of course, I have to save the best for last.
Rose Water is God sent! Everything from it’s ethereal smell, to it’s hydrating and revitalizing properties, makes it an amazing final item to Nature’s Holy Trinity. I usually use Heritage Store’s Rosewater. You can get it from your local grocery store. You can even make it yourself, but that’s another post for another day.
According to Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj, skincare expert, Rose water is powerful enough to remove dirt and oils from clogged pores yet, gentle enough to sooth irritated and inflamed skin. It also helps get rid of acne, dermatitis, and eczema. Thus, making it an amazing toner.
Here’s how I use it:
- I use this at night right after I apply my witch hazel. I let the witch hazel completely dry and then I apply rosewater on my face with a cotton pad or cotton ball. Then, you wait until it dries. I use it every night. I sometimes skip using my witch hazel and just use rose water.
2. I use it as a perfume also. Right after I get out of the shower, I put rose water on. It makes my skin soft and it makes me smell heavenly.
