It has come to my attention that a man said to have “mental issues” has plowed through the pedestrians during their holiday shopping down in Melbourne, Australia. 19 people have been injured. The driver aged 23, was now currently arrested. And second person aged 24, was also arrested, for filming the incident. I was also said he also had knives in his bags the police have said.
