Top 3 Books to Read: Money Edition

Joy Yates

Hello fellow book worms!

People read for many reasons. They read for entertainment, to pass time, or to learn about an interesting subject. One interesting subject that I know people want to read about is money. Who doesn’t want to sharpen their financial literacy skills? I’ve read many books about money and finance. So,  here are my top 3 books about money:

  1. Rich Dad, Poor Dad

It was written by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. This is an excellent book for those who would like to deeply understand the psyche of a rich person and a poor/middle class person. They have 2 separate editions: one for kids and one for adults. I would recommend that you read both editions whether you are a child or an adult. It is an amazing and easy book to read.

2. Think and Grow Rich

A poor journalist, Napoleon Hill, interviewed the moguls of his era and created a book to tell the world their secrets on getting rich. Who wouldn’t want to know that?

3. The Automatic Millionaire

This is a great book to start with. It talks about the common sense of a millionaire. This book is also easy to read because of it’s step-by-step layout.

Always remember:

“There is a difference between being poor and being broke. Broke is temporary. Poor is eternal.”
― Robert Kiyosaki
