Delicious Hot Spinach Dip Recipe

If spinach isn’t your favorite vegetable, I have a recipe that will make you LOVE it! This rich, creamy recipe may be the new crowd pleaser at your next party.

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and/or parmesan (as topping optional)
  • 1/4 cup caesar dressing
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1b. frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 to 8oz. canned artichoke hearts (marinated optional) chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (add to taste)
  • 1/2 cup (4-6oz.) of canned sweet red pimento pepper chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1. tbsp. oil


  1.  Heat pot to medium high. Add oil, onion, garlic, artichokes, red pepper saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add spinach cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and stir in caesar dressing 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Create a hole in the center of your pot exposing the bottom of the pot, add the cream cheese in the center of the pot. Stir cream cheese in the center of the pot until melted and begin mixing it into the rest of the ingredients about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in grated parmesan, add more salt or pepper if needed stir about 1 minute.
  4. Place spinach artichoke dip into a serving dish, smooth out surface, top with shredded parmesan or cheddar cheese, place in oven (set oven to BROIL 500 degrees) until cheese is melted and serve. Can be served with tortilla chips, pita chips, or toasted bread slices.
