This weekend the Crimson Heat all stars had two seriously injured athletes. Varsity and Black Girls Cheer (BGC) ambassador Adriana and her mother got into a serious car accident on the way down to a competition. This accident shocked the cheer world. Adriana is a big inspiration to many of us cheerleaders. A couple days later the team page announced that another 5 alarm athlete was injured in an accident.
Prayers from Charles Herbert Flowers Cheerleading team to Crimson Heat all stars. Prayers go to these girls family, friends and former teammates. These ladies are strong athletes and will pull through so they can join their team on the mat.
