Symptoms of Depression

Dayja Young

During adolescence, changes occur in our bodies and minds. We tend to make ill-advised decisions, and, as a result, many of us may suffer from depression. You have to be able to recognize when you aren’t doing well, and feeling good. You may have friends that you notice changes.  Here are some signs of depression. If you feel as though you have any of these signs, as one of your peers I recommend that you seek help. Crisis hotline 800-273-8255
