How to get through a day on no sleep

Sleepless nights happen to most of the students. When you don’t get enough sleep, your brain doesn’t function at the right speed. Connecting with nature and being in fresh air can make you feel more awake. Don’t forget to eat breakfast either because it is the most important meal of the day, and it gives you more energy. Lastly,  make sure to be active and move your body.
