Teen Boy Charged with Making Threats

On Tuesday, March 6th at 10:21 am, a 14 year old boy was charged with making a threat on social media against a high school in Prince George’s County. Crossland High School in Temple Hills was placed on lock down Tuesday morning after a social media threat was made regarding the school. The tweets showed photos of several guns and read, “starting a school shooting at Cross land High School in Temple Hills” and “I’m always armed and dangerous.” On Tuesday evening, Prince George’s County police say detectives identified and located the 14 year old suspect who made the threat. He was charged with making a threat of mass violence.
