Essay Contest!

The LifeBridge Health/ExpressCare Community Scholarship Program believes that education is an investment in the future, and as a result, they are sponsoring an essay contest to give scholarship money to students in our communities. Each contest winner will receive $2,500 to apply toward higher education.
The theme of the essay contest is “How I Will Use My Education to Give Back to My Community.” Essays must be 750-1000 words and double-spaced. Each sheet of paper should be labeled with the writer’s name, school, and contact information. Only high school seniors and juniors who plan to enroll in undergraduate course of study at an accredited college (2 year or 4 year), university, or vocational/technical school are eligible.
Applicants must live in the Baltimore City or Baltimore County, Carroll County, Cecil County, Prince George’s County, Harford County, Anne Arundel County and Howard County areas.
