Senioritis Strikes

Enoch Oluwaboro

Senioritis is defined by Google as the “supposed affliction of students in their final year of high school or college, characterized by a decline in motivation or performance.” Symptoms include laziness, repeated absences, general disregard for staff, and comfortable clothing. The only observable cure is to graduate. Seniors with repeated absences are in danger of failing and having to attend summer school.
From a senior point of view, sitting through class has become tedious,  and with college acceptance letters rolling in, the will to stay motivated hits an all-time low. Heads up seniors, the year is almost over and spring break is around the corner, so stick through it and graduate. Only about a month left for seniors.
