Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lb cooked fettuccine noodles
  • 1 lb of peeled shrimp
  • Dash of parsley
  • 12 to 15 broccoli florets

Alfredo Sauce

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter with garlic on medium high heat in a large sauté pan. Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp turns orange on both sides ( 1 minute ). Do not over cook the shrimp.
  2. Squeeze in lemon juice, and add wine to shrimp, stir. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes to reduce liquid.
  3. Add butter (5 tablespoons) stir in until melted. Add heavy cream stir in and let boil for 1 minute. Add parmesan, romano, salt, and pepper stir in and turn to low heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Toss in cooked Fettuccine noodles and gently mix.
