Someone was shot in the arm at Highland high school in Southern California on May 10, 2018. The male who shot the victim has been taken into custody. The LA sheriff department got a 911 call that there was someone who reportedly had a gun in  Highland High School in Palmdale around 7 a.m. and the school was later cleared after law enforcements rushed to the scene. The victim  drove themselves to the hospital. The department says the victim is in stable condition. A gun was recovered, however its still not clear whether the victim and the suspect were students.
