What is decision making? Decision making is not as it may sound, it is not just the action of making decision. We make different types of decisions throughout our life. Sometimes we make logical decisions, but we also make irrational, emotional, and choices that are confusing.
Why do we make poor decisions? A lot of us like thinking of ourselves as being rational, but we are not. We are all irrational.  And sometimes we do realize that but don’t want to admit it. It was once believed by researchers that humans made well-considered, logical decisions. But in recent years, a wide range of errors that detail our thinking has been discovered by researchers.

  2. Inversion Technique.  Use to solve difficult problems.
  3. The power of thinking for yourself.
