Konrad Zuse

Alexander Summerlot

This man is Konrad Zuse, the man who built the first electronic computer. He was born June 22
of 1910, and lived in East Prussian Braunsberg. The job he worked required many routine calculations, of which he got so bored, he decided to build a machine to do them for him. This glorified calculator with limited programmability became the first electronic computer. I chose him because I aspire to pioneer new technologies in the computer science field.
