The Office of Student Financial Assistance is telling us that the deadline for Guaranteed acess grant is approaching.

“The deadline for students to submit their verification documents to be considered for the Guaranteed Access (GA) Grant is quickly approaching. It is very important that students  who have been identified as potentially eligible for the GA Grant by the Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA), at the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), submit the  required documents to OSFA no later than April 1, 2019.

Students may log into their MDCAPS account by visiting https://mdcaps.mhec.state.md.us/ and select the ‘Check My Application Status’ option in order to view and print their documents. Documents can be submitted to OSFA in one of the following ways:

1. By Mail: Maryland Higher Education Commission
   Office of Student Financial Assistance
   Attention:  GA Grant Verification
   6 North Liberty Street, Ground Suite
   Baltimore, MD  21201;
2.  Email: [email protected]; or
3.  Drop boxes, which are located in the MHEC lobbies, located at 6 North                    Liberty Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 and 200 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore,              MD 21201. The West Baltimore Street drop box can be accessed 24 hours a                  day, 7 days a week. Please make sure you fill out the form that must                              accompany your documentation prior to placing it in the drop box. “
