North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is a medium-sized, 4-year, public university. This co-ed college is located in a small city in a suburban setting and is primarily a residential campus. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. NCA&T is a Historically Black College that is accredited by Regionally Accredited and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. They have a 18:1 teacher student ratio with 78% of its students returning for sophomore year. Theyn offer multiple campus activities ranging from Marching Band to Yearbook. Out of state tuition is $26,707 which includes room and board. To apply you must have your SAT scores and earned at least a 2.0 GPA during high school career. If you want to go far away from home but not spend a fortune NCA&T may be the place for you.
