Fellow readers this past week here at Flowers was Spirit week. Students were using this time to express themselves by showing what it’s like being a Jaguar. Charles Herbert Flowers has given kids an opportunity to have fun for spirit week with the after school activities throughout the week such as Apollo night on Monday, the Kouture show on Tuesday, Class night on Wednesday and more ! The athletes were just as excited as the staff were  knowing that it was homecoming week and the big game was around the corner. One of our football team rivals, Suitland was scheduled on the roster of Varsity and Jr. Varsity. This could’ve been the game of the year where Flowers is the Mecca of Excellence and are held to high standards. Overall homecoming was a great success !
