Hey Flowers Jaguars, are you looking for a new after school activity? Need help dealing with the stress of being a teen? Well the search is over, here at Charles Herbert Flowers the 
Leading Ladies and Lads Mentoring Club is back! The club is a year round program that begins in the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year in May. The club is open to both boys and girls who want to join from all grade levels. There are multiple mentors in the program whose main goal is to inform and help students with concerns, skills, and preparations for the transition to a college or career lifestyle. Some examples of discussion topics mentors touch base on are life skills, career readiness, college prep, teen dating violence, and community service. Mentors, Ms. Jefferson and Ms. Almond wanted to inform the Jaguars that they are looking for more underclassmen to attend as they are striving to include students from different grade levels. The first meeting will begin on Thursday November 7, 2019 in room 513. Meetings are held every Thursday throughout the school year at the same time of 3:00pm-4:30pm. Come out and be prepared to have fun!
