I wonder how far I can go
I hear the sound of the crowd cheering my name
I see a stadium full of people
I want these days to continue on
I am strong

I pretend to be weak
I feel proud
I touch the shiny gold medal that was meant for me
I worry I may not make it
I cry out loud so my enemies hear me
I am strong

I understand that no one is perfect
I say that when I win the gold, my family will be there
I dream about my family standing up and cheering for me
I try to help them get better every day
I hope my dreams come true
