On Tuesday, November 5,2019 at a local Popeyes, a woman was body slammed to the ground by an employee of the restaurant. This Popeyes was in Columbia on Nashville Highway. That Friday the local police officers arrested and charged the employee, 29 year-old Deriance Ra’Shaiel Hughes, with felony aggravated assault.
