Breaking Curfew

Darasimi Fagbuyi

A curfew is something that many teenagers in this generation have and is usually broken many times before getting caught. Maryland is very strict when it comes down to juvenile curfew laws. Juveniles are not allowed to be out after 11:59 pm without parental/guardian supervision on a weekend, but on a week day you must be in the house by 10:00 pm. If you aren’t in the house or where you’re supposed to be by this time then there is a possible chance you could get arrested. The first time you are caught you will receive a written warning and your parents will receive one in the mail. If you are found a second time its very likely you will be taken into custody and your parents will be contacted.
