The 5th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Oratorial Contest is starting now. This contest honors the legacy and birthday of Dr.King. The submission is a typed copy of your speech by November 30th. The speech should be about inequality today. The contest is between 9-12th graders. This contest gives a money reward. 1st place gets $500, 2nd $300 and 3rd $200.
