Have a holiday sweater or onzie on hand? Well get ready for Holiday Sweater Day on Friday, December 6. The National Art Honor Society will be selling bracelets for $2 during all lunches from Tuesday through Thursday. The five best Christmas sweaters will win a small prize! Also, during your first period, you will be invited to eat snacks in the cafeteria. You must buy a bracelet in order to participate in the event. Cash app will not be offered. Jaguar Christmas Ornaments with class years will also be sold for $3. All the money will be going towards a charity called the Salvation Army Angel Tree. Their purpose is to buy Christmas gifts for unfortunate children.
Charles Herbert Flowers High School has sponsored two “little angels” this year. The first is a 9 year old boy who would like to receive legos, tennis shoes, a winter coat and a bike. The next one is a 2 year old boy who wishes for a dump truck, a winter coat and a car seat. The remaining money will go towards bikes since it is on most kids wishlist.
