On December 3rd, 2019, Charles Herbert Flowers High received information on a threat directed towards the school posted on Instagram. The school got law enforcement involved to be sure situation would not get out of hand and to ensure the safety of its students. The threat was deemed not credible, though the school sent home an announcement of the importance of threats and school safety. Below is a picture:
