One thing that our future needs are leaders that can help guide us in the right path, but how does Charles Herbert Flowers help develop these leaders? Are teachers instructed to teach leadership skills? I’ve asked a couple of teachers if leadership skills are taught throughout classrooms at Flowers. One teacher I have asked is Mr. brijbasi, a Foundation of technology and Engineering foundation teacher here at Flowers, he says that “In our curriculum its not written in stone that we must teach leadership but we should definitely promote leadership. From what I’ve learned from my findings is that when you put students into groups, 9 times out of 10 a leader will emerge naturally or organically.”
