My room what can I do in my room 

Well there’s a lot to do in my room 

I can sleep and eat all day in my room 

I can Practice Jazz in my room

I can watch the rain fall as the clouds get a gloom

Or maybe as the rain dries watch a flower bloom 

Or Maybe I just don’t know, it will be a mystery 

In my room I can create history because in my room it’s nothing but my mind

I can get lost in time and maybe not see any sunshine but that’s okay because I love my room for everything it is 

I know I love my room I wish the same for my kids
