Once again Lay’s Chips decides to let the customers choose the new flavor of the chips of the year. There have been three flavors introduced to the customers that are currently the on shelves of grocery stores everywhere. The three flavors are Chicken & Waffle, Cheesy Garlic Bread and Scriracha. The flavors are being advertised so that the company can see which one sells the most.
I have personally tried all three and I don’t think that any of them are good at all. The company could have done a lot better with then what they chose as the top three flavors.
The first one Chicken & Waffle was disguising! It tasted like all syrup and the after taste just left the taste of the skin of the fried chicken in my mouth. That was an absolute NO for me and I only had four chips out of that bag.
I waited about two hours to eat the Scriracha bag of chips and that one wasn’t too bad. It is spicy and that’s a good thing. I liked the spice but that’s all it had to it. If they decided to add another flavor with it like jalapeno peppers it would’ve been tasty enough for me to go buy another bag.
Lastly the Garlic bread one wasn’t too good also because it seemed too dull. If it was a person it would be a person with a boring life that does the exact same thing each day of its life, very dull. I believe Lay’s needs to go back and find bigger and BETTER options because those chips are not very tasty to be marketed like they have been. GET IT TOGETHER LAYS!
