CHFHS Student Chefs Win Scholarships

And The Cooking Competition Winners Are…
On Sunday, April 14, two CHFHS students, Jasmine Brown and Alex Harris, entered the final C-CAP competition at the Art Institute of Washington. Students were given two hours to prepare two dishes for the judges.
On April 16, students all across PGCPS and DCPS were awarded scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $104,000 and also given an internship in restaurants all across the Washington D.C. area.
Jasmine Brown was awarded $1,000. Alex Harris was awarded a $36,200 full tuition scholarship to Le Cordon Bleu.
